The school was set up by Lucy Cabico who is a Registered Nurse with a Masters Degree in Nursing and Post Masters Certificate in Nurse Practitioner Program. She has also obtained superior educational preparation and experiences in the field of teaching and caring for the old generation of people. Lucy Cabico had worked as a RN in acute care centers. She has also worked long term care locations as an Advanced Practice Nurse. Throughout her life, she had held the positions of a Nurse Manager, a Nurse Coordinator, a Clinical Nurse Specialist and a Nurse Practitioner. Lucy also has broad experience in the field of working with the aged. She is really zealous about education and the caring for the elderly. Clarkridge Career Institute provides high quality education to its students in a relaxed and enjoyable surrounding. Clarkridge Career Institute offers the Personal Support Worker Diploma Program to its students. This program was developed as an initiative on behalf of the Ontario government. The government planned to develop enduring care and support services which are usually given to people in long-term care amenities. The college also offers Certificate in Personal Attendant Program and Continuing Education Courses & Workshops. All the courses aim to add tremendous value to the students.
