The Diamond Institute for Integral Learning believes in balancing and providing all facets of training required for an individual’s personal as well as professional experience. The college believes that to be a complete human being, an individual must grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The college takes care of all such needs. All those who are interested in developing their ability to resolve conflict efficiently and who are at least 19 years of age can take advantage of the program. They must also be fluent in spoken English.
The Diamond Institute for Integral Learning stresses imparting training in conflict management skills to its students for their personal as well as professional life. The students learn how individual values, theories, beliefs, and concepts are responsible for influencing the way we usually deal with conflict.
The class size of the college is limited to a maximum of fourteen students. This makes it easier for the trainer to coach and the learner to learn. The instructors are well trained and committed to the success of their students. They are an energetic team of conflict management professionals from varied environments such as counselling, social work, theology, law, and medicine.
The Diamond Institute for Integral Learning is registered with the Private Career Training Institutions Agency (PCTIA). The college is also eligible to train students who are financed by the British Columbia Loans system (BCSAP).
