In March 1994, Frank White's Scuba Shop was given the status of PADI Five Star Instructor Development Centre and a British Columbia Private Post Secondary Institution. The institute is well known for its track record of successful graduates in the Instructors Examination (IE). After the program ends, if you still feel that you are not ready to take the exam or if you do not qualify in the exam, the staff provides extra counseling in your area of weakness and helps you to clear the exam.
