The Integracare Education Centre has several courses that are designed to train individual caregivers, long-term care facilities, community care access agencies, and associated independent living groups. They need to get educated regularly to update their skills and learn the latest techniques to help deal with the diverse clients that they come across, such as frail old people in retirement homes. The Integracare Education Centre also specializes in adult learning in health care. The Integracare Education Centre encourages students to interact with each other and their instructors, making it possible for them to exchange skills and create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. The Integracare Education Centre helps train students to extend the best care possible for clients in their own homes, retirement homes, group homes, assisted living, and nursing homes. The Integracare Education Centre trains students who are employed by community care access centre agencies and residences, nursing agencies and their staff, long-term care facilities, and independent associated living groups. Some of the programs that are offered are Palliative Care–An Overview, Palliative Care–Advanced, Palliative Care for End Stages (Alzheimer's Disease), Care of the Client with a Stroke, Caring for a Client with Alzheimer's Disease, Mental Health and Illness, Restorative Care, Caring for a Client with a Spinal Cord Injury, Lifting, Moving and Transferring Clients, and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/First Aid.
