The International Language Academy of Canada is located in Vancouver and Toronto and offers a wide range of English courses. The academy holds accreditation from the Canada Language Council, Canadian Association of Private Language Schools and the Canadian Education Center Network. It was also the only Language School in Canada to be short-listed for Star English Language School 2006. The academy offers 17 different English language courses from the beginner to advanced levels. Classes are limited to 10-12 students per class and students are given the opportunity to combine their core subjects with elective courses such as accent reduction, debating, business English and literature. The International Language Academy of Canada offers homestay accommodation for its students with specially selected host families. The academy offers a range of English courses to suit the needs of a wide range of students. These include basic junior English, intensive English and super intensive English classes. Special summer and winter language packages are also available as well as specialized training for TOEFEL, TOEIC and IELETS. Advanced business English courses and English courses for executives are also available. The International Language Academy of Canada also conducts a number of special activities to help students practice their language skills while at the same time help them to intermingle in a Canadian setting. This includes cultural activities, field trips, baseball games, museum visits and attending shows and musical theater performances.
