The Union of New Brunswick Indians Training Institute also offers Applied Studies in Fetal Alcohol Syndrome/Effects Certificate Program in affiliation with Red River Community College in Manitoba. The course is intended to educate a workforce how to work with all those who have Fetal Alcohol Syndrome or Fetal Alcohol Effects. The institute is certified with Canada and New Brunswick Student Loans along with the Department of Indian Affairs for the purpose of funding.
