Programs
The Marine Institute is a post-secondary institute specializing in career programs related to the fisheries and marine industries. The Institute offers bachelors and masters degrees, certificates, one-year advanced diplomas, and 2-year and 3-year diplomas. Additionally, the Institute has the Marine Pursuits, a marine summer camp designed to educate secondary school students about careers in the marine and affiliated industries. Interesting Facts
The Marine Institute is part of the Memorial University of Newfoundland, and it is Canada foremost fisheries and marine training facility.
