Nova Scotia Community College's 2 year Heritage Carpentry Diploma is a specialized program designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required for the renovation and restoration areas of the carpentry profession. The Program will equip participants with ' the basic skills for carpentry' while enabling them to develop 'the unique skills required for the more rigorous tasks used in renovations and the preservation of historic buildings.'
