    Durham College's 1-year Certificate in Advanced Law Enforcement and Investigations is specifically designed for college and university graduates of related programs. The Certificate prepares learners for 'work as law enforcement officers, investigations and supervisory and management personnel in law enforcement and security firms.'

  • Legal Office Administration - Durham College
    Durham College's 3-year Legal Administration/Law Clerk Advanced Diploma 'provides students with a general business background and extensive training in both the theory and practice of law' to ready learners for a career in legal administration and/or as a law clerk. A substantial part of the Program's second and third years, over 350 hours total, will be spent in work experience placements.

  • Legal Office Administration - Georgian College of Applied Arts and Technology
    Georgian College's 2-year Diploma in Law and Security Administration program readies students for careers in the security and/or corrections fields. During the second year, students will have the 'opportunity for a focused development of skills and abilities required in careers of Professional Protection and Security' or on those 'skills required to work effectively with offender populations in both institutional and community settings.' Students will graduate with qualifications that exceed those required by 'security professionals in Ontario.'

The Program is recognized by the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO), and graduates will be eligible for membership into the latter.

    Seneca College's 42-week Accelerated Legal Office Administration Diploma prepares students for careers in legal office administration. Students will be equipped 'with relevant administrative and high-level technological skills to meet the demands of the current and emerging legal office environment,' including 'a solid foundation of business office procedures and intermediate-level computer skills.'

  • Legal and Corporate Administration - Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology
    Seneca College's 1-year, 2-semester Legal and Corporate Administration certificate prepares students for employment in legal office administration, particularly legal offices of large corporations. Particular focus will be placed on equipping students with the knowledge and skills, including an 'introduction to the law and procedures,' that are 'applicable to large corporations.'
