Justice Studies Diploma: Law Enforcement Specialization - Bow Valley College The Justice Studies Diploma at Bow Valley College is a two-year (four semester) career program that allows someone to specialize in youth justice, law enforcement, or correctional studies. All Justice Studies Diploma students take the same set of courses in Year 1 and take courses specific to their specialization in Year 2. The Justice Studies diploma will prepare someone for a career in the field of law enforcement. The program offers law enforcement practicum placements that will provide students with a 'in-the-trenches' experience. Subjects in the Law Enforcement Specialization include Criminology, Law Enforcement Legislation, Criminal Evidence and Investigation, Abnormal Psychology, and Criminal Law.
