Overview Seeking a Male Mentor for an in-home visiting program that supports and links individuals with Cognitive Disabilities to existing services and resources.

Experience and Qualifications - Must have a grade12 or GED.
- Possess knowledge, understanding and sensitivity of individuals with Cognitive Disabilities.
- Have an excellent recording time management and report writing.
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurable vehicle.
