Join the FICOM team and make an important contribution to the economic stability of BC Analyst, Approvals The Financial Institutions Commission (FICOM) is looking for talented financial professionals with post-secondary education in a related field (economics, business, finance, law); experience in the financial services industry; and experience in risk management, governance, audit and/or regulatory work in the financial services sector. The Analyst, Approvals is responsible for evaluating statutory requests (renewals, mergers, new entrants, wind-ups, amendments, etc.) and submitting recommended actions and supporting rationale for decision by the Superintendent and Commission. This is an outstanding career opportunity for a financial specialist with the ability to provide leadership and direction in a high profile, challenging and dynamic regulatory environment.
