The Registrar's Office (Student and Enrolment Services) of Concordia University College of Alberta invites applications for the position of Registration Advisor- Student Systems and Reporting. This full-time, permanent position will work closely with the senior advisor-external to assist with the backend support for the office. This would include assisting with statistics, maintenance of system data, transfer credit agreements, records management, grades processing, degree audit rules, maintenance of the Calendar, website and program planners and related processes.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree with related experience in a post-secondary institution and knowledge of secondary and post-secondary education systems. In addition, the candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent task and time management skills, demonstrate mathematics/statistical competency, exhibit superior interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills, a working knowledge of computer systems and software, student information systems, and be able to function as a member of an office team.
