Overview Full-time and part-time positions are available to apply your extensive customer service skills in our call centre. You'll answer a variety of calls regarding charitable donations, order processing and responding to general inquiries. Responsibilities 1. Deliver exceptional customer service with each and every interaction with a customer or donor 2. Ability to deal with a wide variety of customers/donors with different concerns, inquires or dissatisfaction 3. Answers incoming calls when offered 100% of the time 4. Complete multi-channel service through email, live chat or phone 5. Utilize Client / FineLine applications effectively to process customer transactions and provide meet caller requests. 6. Regularly refresh and update current account knowledge through help screens, and account updates. 7. Deliver Client specific services on each call (customer service, script adherence, up sell/cross sell programs, programs, etc) 8. Maintains FineLine/Client confidence by keeping information confidential. 9. Utilize customer service methodologies based on FineLine expectation on each call. 10. Effectively contribute to your team results by adhering to operational policies 11. Be a Team Player and have fun.....you can make the difference on each and every call!

Experience and Qualifications Applicants must possess minimum Grade 12 or equivalent in training and experience, have call centre or customer service experience, keyboarding speed of 40 wpm along with basic knowledge of Windows based applications, excellent communication skills, flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
