Overview

Manage, coach and mentor a staff of approx 15-20 individuals on a per club level. Accountability to the day-to-day operations of the clubs, including maintaining and expanding customer base; managing staff and facility. Responsible for meeting of sales goals and motivation for Sales. You will have an assigned number of clubs to manage.


Responsibilities

  • Setting and communicating club goals and objectives
  • Work closely with HR Team in all aspects of Human Resources and Recruiting, while maintaining the required consistent processes across all locations for coaching, counseling, hiring and disciplining employees.
  • Develop recruiting needs plan, to ensure appropriate coverage for all locations at all time, at the same time following standard corporate recruiting processes.
  • Provide required training to staff in areas of sales and fitness trainer, as outlined in Corporate Training requirements.
  • Communication to all levels of staff of corporate goals and objectives.
  • People management in the form of scheduling, communicating job expectations, planning and motivating, appraising and review job contributions.
  • Enforcing Corporate policies and procedures to ensure consistently amongst all assigned clubs, to align with corporate objectives and all other clubs in the Fitness One organization
  • Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Experience and Qualifications

    Proven experience of 3-5 Years in a management capacity of a multi-location retail, hospitality or fitness industry Business degree or equivalent work experience
