Job Role

  • Under general supervision, manages, directs, and controls the activities and services provided by MacLellan Integrated Services employees.
  • Creates and maintains an awareness and acceptance of the mission and vision of MacLellan.
  • Ensures financial performance in revenue and margin growth and the cost and quality of expenditures for labor, materials, supplies, and subcontracted services.
  • Maximizes the utilization of manpower, supplies, and equipment while maintaining and improving the quality of customer service.
  • Ensures Compliance with regulatory requirements and ISO 9000 and/or ISO 14001.
  • Leads the efforts to increase sales and profit at the assigned contract.

  • Responsibilities

    Oversee and direct successful implementation of the contractual obligations to our customer.


    Experience and Qualifications

    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that he/she has:

  • Bachelor Degree and three years of increasing responsibility in management with direct supervisory responsibility desired or equivalent professional experience with five years experience as a substitute for a degree
  • Automotive paint experience preferred
  • Proven success in account management including personnel management, procedure implementation, successful P&L responsibility, budget control, and interpersonal communications
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ISO 9000 and/or ISO 14001, experience desirable
  • Ability to implement sustainable, beneficial change and maintain multiple reporting channels.
  • Must hold a valid State driver’s license and be insurable under MacLellan’s automobile insurance coverage
  • Forward thinking management skills, with the ability to rapidly adjust to changing circumstances and growth opportunities
