Overview We are seeking an entry level Summer Accounting Clerk to assist in our Finance Department. (Possible permanent employment for the right candidate) Our ideal candidate would be a self starter with an interest in accounting and business, a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. A goal of pursuing a career as a professional accountant would be an asset.

Responsibilities Entry of revenue and payments from the daily cash outs to an Excel Spreadsheet Entry of revenue and payments to the General Ledger Entry of invoices into the Accounts Payable system Preparation of cheques Filing Other data entry as required

Experience and Qualifications Enrolled in a business or accounting program Good Computer Skills, working knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet software. Ability to work efficiently and accurately
