Overview

Accountable to the Paladin Client Service Manager for Syncrude for the overall quality of time keeping services being delivered, the client and Paladin's interests being represented in accurate data entry, and the overall satisfaction of all required duties. Inherent in this responsibility is strict confidentiality in regards to the clients portfolio and Paladin's records and information.


Responsibilities

  • Support the team by having overall responsibility for all data entry and time keeping in their portfolio. Has overall responsibility for all data entry and time keeping in their portfolio.
  • Oversees the process of hours of labor on the site for Syncrude records and Paladin's and ensures wage costs and profitability of jobs are consistent with Paladin's budgeted objectives
  • Meet with the Paladin Client Service Manager regularly to ensure the client's data records objectives are being met and they are receiving the "Paladin Difference" in service
  • Work independently or as part of a broader team, on projects assigned by the Client Service Manager.
  • Manage internal and external documentation of a confidential and diverse nature, including letters, memos, and reports ensuring a high degree of grammatical and content accuracy
  • Will enter hours of labor to the Syncrude account system CDMS
  • Will ensure the hours are correct and recheck when payroll is due
  • Ensure that once CDMS is updated that ISE is updated with all changes to the schedules
  • Will adjust ISE as needed for record keeping and payroll
  • May on emergency situations have to update ISE after hours or be called upon for assistance
  • Will ensure payroll hours match from ISE and CDMS

  • Experience and Qualifications

  • Five or more years of administrative assistant experience in a professional environment that is production and administratively oriented.
  • Comfortable and experienced in the most current Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) with an ability to quickly learn new technology systems.
  • CDMS training and experience is considered to be an asset, but not required.
  • Self-assured individual who is balanced can handle pressure, demonstrates maturity and good judgment.
  • Ability to multi task and deal with large volume of work with high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Enjoys a variety of task and can implement skills and knowledge to position.
