Overview Job Description Shop/Field
Ability to read and work from shop/production drawings and be accountable to specifications and instructions given by supervisor
Accountable to read and understand drawing welding symbols to produce a sound, clean and quality weld
Fit and prepare jigs for welding components
Forklift/Skidsteer operation
Working from heights
Hand tools and PPE required
Manufactures of off road truck equipment

Experience and Qualifications Qualifications:
Self motivated, loyal and dedicated
Ability to work well with others
Positive team player attitude and enthusiasm to learn and grow with the company
Strong work ethic
Follow safety policies and procedures
Reliable with good attendance
Previous experience in field environment for mining, off road equipment and metal fabrication.
Preference giving to those who are experienced in the following job description.
Technical Qualifications:
Journeyman welder certificate or equivalent
CWB certifications or pass initial weld test
3-5 years experience in similar environment
Ability to do heavy lifting (up to 100Ibs)
