  • Never a dull moment and always a new challenge! Job Overview: You will be the "senior" S-Trip! member during the trips. Field coordinators are selected to manage and execute one specific aspect of a program. Each individual is responsible for certain tasks related to their role and will be the "go-to" person if you have questions about the program. Most importantly making sure our passengers are having a #TripofaLifetime.

  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Managing Trip Leaders on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations.
  • Providing support to Trip Leaders on a personal and professional level.
  • Helping in the coordination of excursions with other coordinators.
  • Helping to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all passengers trip.
  • Making the hard decisions and understands the importance of being the disciplinarian.
  • Leadership experience is must!!! (Frosh/Orientation Leader, Residence Advisor, Coaching and Camp Counsellor experience are all suitable forms of relevant leadership experience)

  • Experience and Qualifications

    Skill, Experience, and Educational Requirements:

  • Has past experience working with youth in a leadership role. (Frosh/Orientation Leader, Residence Advisor, Coaching and Camp Counsellor experience are all suitable forms of relevant leadership experience)
  • Past experience coordinating/ implementing large scale programs.
  • Attendance at our mandatory pre-trip training session.
  • Completed or pursuing College or University Degree.
  • Must be able to commit to pre-trip and on-going training throughout the year.
  • Must be comfortable working long hours and evening shifts supervising the students on destination.
  • Proven negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and deal with stressful situations.
  • Valid passport.
  • Outgoing and positive.
  • Fluent in French and Spanish is an asset. Salary:
  • This is a part-time contract position.
  • Your compensation will depend on the duration of the trip.
