Umi Sushi Express is a dynamic organization. We are seeking F/T and P/T Managers, Cooks and Front Counter Staff for a variety of locations throughout the country. We seek fast moving, motivated individuals to join our team.

Depending on the position, the jobs we are offering require speed, efficiency and a keen interest to learn.

Responsibilities

Manager:
- Manage employees
- Inventory
- Ordering
- Food Quality and Safety
- Manage Food Costs

Cook
- Food Quality and Safety
- Make Product in a Fast and Efficient Manner
- Openings and/or Closings
- Cleaning/Ensuring Kitchen and Store Room are Sanitary

Front Counter Staff
- Friendly Demeanor
- Look After Customer's Needs
- Ensuring the Front Counter is Sanitary
- Ordering

Experience and Qualifications

Retail or food service experience is an asset. Managers require at least one year of this experience. Cooks and front counter staff no experience required, but having some is an asset.
