Royal Roads University's Master of Business Administration in Executive Management offers professional and aspiring managers and executives the opportunity to specialize in either Leadership or Management Consulting. The Specialization in Leadership is designed to expose students to 'the strategic skills that business growth depends upon, while providing a broad understanding of the critical issues in management leadership.' The Specialization in Management Consulting is offered in cooperation with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CAMC) and will prepare students with qualifications to write the 'annual Comprehensive Final Exam and demonstrate their consulting experience as the final steps in attaining' the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation.
