The National Petrochemical Company (NPC) Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) is a customized program offered via a partnership between the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and the Graduate School of Management and Economics at Sharif University of Technology (SUT) in Tehran, Iran. The Program is available to employees of NPC of Iran and will expose participants 'to the latest management theories and research' in an effort to equip them with the administrative, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills, and global consciousness and perspectives needed to meet the modern 'demands of executive management' particularly as they relate to the needs of NPC. The Program will be 'offered to two cohorts, each with 50 students on a simultaneous basis' and will be taught completely in English by selected faculty from both participating Universities. Participants must successfully complete 20 courses after which they will be granted an EMBA from the University of Calgary 'at a recognition ceremony held in Tehran, Iran.' |
