The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto offers the Executive Master of Administration (EMBA), a 1-year program focussing on providing participants with the knowledge and skills needed to be better and more effective leaders, decision makers, and problem solvers. Each student will 'work with an experienced executive coach who will help' him/her 'recognize behaviours that enhance or hinder' his/her 'ability to lead' and develop ways to improve such behaviours. Students will be required to be in residence at the University of Toronto for four 1-week periods that will include a weeklong intensive on Entrepreneurship.
