Focussing on 'leadership role, management functions, and decision-making skills,' Lakehead University's Master of Management program is designed primarily for individuals holding a 4-year undergraduate degree in a discipline 'other than Business or Commerce' aspiring 'to expand their management knowledge' in order to improve their opportunities for career advancement to 'middle and upper level management positions.' The Program is comprised of a weeklong orientation, 9 graduate courses, and 'a comprehensive applied management research project.' Students may complete the Program on a full-time basis over 12 months or on a part-time schedule 'in two to four years, depending on the rate of participation.' |
