Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) - University of Regina

Kenneth Levene Graduate School of Business

The Kenneth Levene School of Business at the University of Regina offers a career-oriented Master of Human Resources Management (MHRM) program designed for individuals who wish to pursue or further their respective careers in human resources management. The Program is flexible and each student may develop a course package which 'best meets the needs' of his/her 'academic and professional goals;' however, all students must complete 10 graduate courses and a major project which may range from 'theoretical research to the practical application of concepts and theories.' Upon successful completion of the MHRM, graduates will have acquired the management knowledge, tools, and skills required to become 'strategic business partners' with fellow 'peers and senior managers' in the human resource management sector. Interested applicants who do not possess an undergraduate degree may be considered for admission to the Program via 'the mid-career admission option' provided they have at least '7 to 10 years of relevant mid-management experience and meet all other admission requirements of the program.'
