The University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business and Faculty of Medicine jointly offer the combined Master of Business Administration/Master of Biotechnology (MBA/MBT) degree, a unique program designed primarily for students interested in a career as managers of biotechnology or a related field including biotechnology development, intellectual property, regulatory affairs, and technology transfer. The Program will provide students with 'first-hand research experience combined with courses in finance and entrepreneurship' which will culminate 'in a three to six month practicum in which students will incorporate science and business strategy.' |
