With regards to the study of business, the School of Graduate Studies at the University of Lethbridge in Alberta seeks to develop, improve, and advance the study of Management.
The Schools offers business students a Master of Science in Management program which enables them to acquire the 'knowledge and hands-on experience to conduct rigorous and scholarly investigation into an issue facing management' in one of eight areas of specialization including Accounting, Finance, First Nation's Governance, General Management, Human Resource Management and Labour Relations, Informations Systems, International Management, and Marketing. A multidisciplinary Ph.D. program is also available.
The School maintains many services to help students get the most out of their respective education including counseling services, Support Services for Aboriginal Students, a Graduate Student Association, and mentorship programs.

Application Process and Requirements

Grades
Applicants must hold a bachelor degree in a relevant field of study with minium 3.0 GPA in the previous 20 university-level, graded semester courses.

Letters of Reference
Three reference letters, attesting to the ability and aptitude of the student for graduate studies, are required, and are to be sent by the referrers directly to the University of Lethbridge's Office of the Registrar.

Minimum GMAT Score
A minimum score of of 550 on the GMAT is required; equivalent exams, like the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), may be taken instead where circumstances warrant such a substitution.

TOEFL
A TOEFL score of 580 on a written test or 237 on a computer-based test is required.
