On Thursday, August 31 beginning at 8:45 a.m., the Office of Research Development will present Celebrating Research and Creative Activity, a half-day of presentations highlighting some of Mount Allison’s top-notch research endeavours. Andrew Paskauskas is the director of Research Development at Mount Allison and one of the main organizers behind the event. He says, "Celebrating Research has become an annual event, showcasing some of the innovative research happening at Mount Allison. This year we have another great line up of faculty speaking on a variety of subjects." Celebrating Research and Creative Activity will take place from 8:45 a.m. until 12 noon in the Avard Dixon building, room 118. All sessions are open to the University community; please feel free to attend the entire morning or drop in for individual speakers. The event will kick off with opening remarks by Mount Allison University President Dr. Robert Campbell at 9 a.m. Vice President (Academic and Research), Dr. Stephen McClatchie will then present Research and Creative Activity@Mount Allison.
