Today, Halifax-based SportsDirect is a world leader of online sports stats with over $16 million in sales. The company was recently named the Number One Small Business to Work for in Canada by the Globe and Mail Small Business Magazine. Rob Begg, VP of Marketing at SportsDirect, will be speaking on Internet Marketing this Monday night (Oct. 16) at 8:00pm in Loyola 177 for the Marketing Society. Rob leads the marketing, public relations, and new product development for the Halifax-based company, recently named the top small business to work for in Canada.
