Acadia University to launch Tides are
Turning Capital
Campaign


(Wolfville, NS) - On Friday, October 13th, in the Garden Room of the K.C.
Irving Environmental Science Centre, Acadia University will launch its Tides
are Turning Capital Campaign.

Festivities will take place from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. with the official program
commencing at 5 p.m.

This is Acadia University’s first significant capital campaign in more than
10 years and one of its most aggressive.

The Campaign priorities include:

  • The west campus redevelopment, including the new Biology building and
    a renovated Patterson Hall;

  • The K.C. Irving Environmental Trust;

  • Student life;

  • The Learning Commons and academic initiatives; and

  • Student financial aid.

    195 volunteers throughout North America and around the world are working on
    the Tides are Turning Capital Campaign.
