A garden for everyone--Carleton University presents internationally renowned architect Moshe Safdie --

Moshe Safdie, internationally renowned architect and urban designer, will deliver a special lecture at the Canadian Museum of Civilization on Thursday, September 22 at 6:30 p.m.

Titled “A garden for everyone: From Habitat ’67 to Modi’in”, Mr. Safdie will discuss his vision to provide “for everyone a garden”, an idea he created with the quirky and modern Habitat ’67 at Expo ’67 in Montreal. This vision is still central to his work, even now in the Israeli city of Modi’in.

Carleton University, in partnership with the Canadian Museum of Civilization, is proud to present this lecture by world-renowned Israeli-Canadian architect and urban designer Moshe Safdie, Companion of the Order of Canada.

Tickets are $5 and can be reserved by calling (819) 776-7000.
