http://www.news.utoronto.ca/bin6/050919-1639.asp Pharmacy students to pledge professionalism First-year students pledge alliance to their professional community Sep 19/05 by Elaine Smith (about) (email) First-year University of Toronto pharmacy students will be formally inducted into the professional pharmacy community at a ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 22 at 5 p.m. at the Isabel Bader Theatre, 93 Charles St. W. The incoming pharmacy class, 240 strong, will make a pledge of professionalism and receive symbolic white coats. The ceremony is a highlight of the class's orientation to professional behaviour; afterwards, students will sign an oath book.
