http://www.stfx.ca/media/09_2005.htm#cischampionship CIS hockey championship ticket sales begin Sept. 19 at StFX Sale of Women's CIS Hockey Championship ticket packages to be launched at Keating Millennium Centre ANTIGONISH, NS - Exciting championship hockey is gearing-up with the launch of tournament passes for the 2006 Women's Ice Hockey Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) Championship. Ticket packages will go on sale for the general public Monday, September 19 from the Keating Millennium Centre Box Office. St. Francis Xavier University is hosting the national championship March 9-12, 2006 at the Keating Millennium Centre and tournament organizers are expecting a sell-out. The tournament will feature the top six female university hockey teams from across the country in a four-day, nine-game event. Ticket packages will include entrance into all nine games in reserved seating in the Keating Millennium Centre main arena. The cost for the packages is $27 for adults and $17 for students, with the package prices increasing as of February 1, 2006. All tournament passes will be sold out of the Keating Millennium Centre Box Office which is open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and 2 to 5 pm. Tournament organizers are encouraging fans to purchase their packages as early as possible so they don't miss this exciting national event.
