What do Chemistry and Chemical Sciences students learn?There are four traditional areas of chemistry that are studied at all institutions, namely analytical, inorganic, organic and physical chemistry. Chemistry undergraduates also gain a broad base in physics and mathematics principles in their first and second years of study. Students gain a thorough understanding of experimental methods, since laboratory work is an integral part of any chemistry degree.
