What services does your organization provide?
Our hundreds of adult volunteers across Canada help us deliver a range of enriching activities to girls aged 5 to 17, enabling them to develop friendships and self-confidence while exploring the arts, sciences, cultural awareness and so much more. it be camping, travel, developing entrepreneur skills through cookie sales or many of our programs, GGC gives girls unlimited opportunities to develop their skills, be successful and develop friendships that last a lifetime.


Do you have any age requirements?
Minimum 18 years old


What time commitment(s) are you expecting from a volunteer?
Meetings once a week; occasional weekend activities: we estimate 15 hours a month on average which includes meeting time and planning.


What type of volunteer positions are typically available?
Unit Leader


Do you provide training for volunteers?
Risk Assessment training mandatory, other training about programming, age groups, etc, is available as well


Do you accept high school students?
No - females under the age of 18 are able to register as girl members.
