Customer Services Training, Health and Safety Training, Goodwill Workplace Policy Training, and AODA Training


What are the typical volunteer activities occurring at your organization?
Greet and say good-bye to customers, provide information about in-stores sales and help with conducting in-store customer surveys.

Assist store customers in a variety of functions such as helping with the change room, conducting in-store surveys, assisting customers with questions all while keeping the store clean and tidy.

Assist with a variety of community outreach events in malls, libraries, schools and at the Goodwill stores to provide information to the general public and encourage people to volunteer.

Assist with the promotion of Goodwill's mission and our volunteer program by discussing benefits and features of the volunteer program; answering questions and educating interested parties on program specifics (positions available, flexible hours, how to apply and admission requirements).

Answer the phone and book client appointments.
