Burquitlam Lions Care Centre 560 Sydney Avenue, Coquitlam, British Columbia The Burquitlam Lions Care Centre (BLCC) opened June 15, 1981 on a tract of land donated by the City of Coquitlam. BLCC is owned and operated by the Burquitlam Care Society, sponsored by the Burquitlam Lions Club, and funded by the B.C. Provincial Government through the Fraser Health Authority (FHA).
