Yoga Outreach partners with yoga instructors, community organizations, social service agencies, and correctional facilities to provide mindfulness-based yoga programming for our community's most underserved members.

Is there any training provided for volunteers?
Teaching volunteers are required to complete our 16 hour core training at their own expense prior to applying to be a Yoga Outreach Teacher. Other volunteers receive an orientation and training as necessary.

Leading yoga classes in specialised settings for people with various challenges.
Organizing and promoting events, working on social media campaigns, enlisting sponsorship for events.
