What services does your organization provide?
Direct Support:
Fields of healthcare, education, rehabilitation and livelihood development as well as organisational development of partner organisations.

Advocacy and Fundraising:
Simultaneously, CBM advocates for inclusion following UN guidelines in powerful, international policy-making bodies, and campaigns and raises funds through its Member Associations.

Emergency Response:
Conflict or natural disaster.

15-55 years old


Do you require language proficiency other than in English?
None


What time commitment(s) are you expecting from a volunteer?
This volunteer would need to commit to the 1st Tuesday of every month for 3 hours and every Wednesday morning for up to 2 hours.


Are there any specific skills and experience required?

  • Bright, cheery, enthusiastic personality who loves interacting with people both on telephone and in person
  • Knowledge of basic MS Office and telephone systems is an asset

Orientation for the Receptionist volunteer will be provided wherein the current receptionist and the telerelations team will provide the necessary training
