Canadian College of Dental Health is registered under the Private Career Colleges Act by the Ministry of Training, Colleges & Universities. The institution was established in 1994. The institution comprises of four clinics, 28 dental operation theatres and four radiography rooms. It also houses a computer lab, a sterilizing lab, a rehabilitation centre as well as a library. The students are trained using the latest in technology in state-of-the-art facilities that ensures they feel comfortable in their work environments.
Students are offered diploma and certificate programs by the Canadian College of Dental Health as well as the Canadian Therapeutic College. The student may take up part-time programs as well as continuing education courses offered by both the institutions. The faculty members are encouraged to take part in numerous programs aimed at keeping them up-to-date with the latest techniques and procedures used in the field.

They have to complete the National Dental Hygiene Certification examination in order to qualify for registration with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario.
Successful graduates who have obtained the license may seek employment from public as well as private healthcare units, hospitals, educational institutions etc.
