The London School Of Hairdressing And Aesthetics in Vancouver was established in 1980 with the aim to provide quality-training opportunities for potential hairdressers. From a one-man show and 6 students the school has now grown to a hundred students and four instructors.
The school both full time and part time courses in hairdressing, aesthetics and nail technology. The full time courses are during the day while the part time is during the evening.
The Hairdressing program is a thorough course that teaches the students everything they need to know about hair design including cutting, perming and styling techniques. The Aesthetics program trains the students in skin care, manicure and nail technology along with the basic principles of make up artistry. They also learn how to use the tools of the trade. Nail technology program specifically trains the students in the fundamental methods of manicure and nail technology.
The school also offers a wide range of beauty and relaxation services at reasonable prices, administered by their students under the supervision of skilled, experienced instructors, combining an excellent training ground for students in a real life setting while giving the public the chance to experience superior prices at low rates.
