Available at the Grande Prairie Regional College is a myriad of credit programs in Academic Upgrading, Arts, Business, Fine Arts, Health and Fitness, Human Services, Science, Technology, and University Transfer leading to applied degrees, bachelor degrees, certificates, collaborative degree completion, diplomas, and the High School Equivalency Certificate. The College also offers pre-professional studies in Chiropractic, Dentistry, Medical Laboratory Science, Medicine, Optometry, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation Medicine, and Veterinary Medicine. Pre-professional programs are designed to enable students to attain the necessary pre-requisites to enter the first year of the professional versions of the aforementioned programs at numerous Canadian universities. Moreover, the College’s Workforce Development Department provides a wide array of credit and non-credit personal and professional development courses and programs designed to meet the employment training needs of communities, businesses, and individuals.
