Overview

Summary: Works with other Account Executives on client's business in market area effectively, efficiently, and in a manner compatible with the client's corporate and brand strategies. Assists with building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients and customers.


Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains communication with management and retail team regarding product knowledge, sale objectives, promotional information, new product information and client's plan of action by working with other Account Executives.
  • Assists in the preparation of promotions, pricing, merchandising, marketing information, and market development programs.
  • Assist in the maintenance of regular call cycle on customers.
  • Assists with current call record on client accounts identifying key personnel and buying policies.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate information in SalesTrak as it relates to distribution and in any client proprietary database as applicable.
  • Assist in the preparation of deal sheets, flyers and survey sheets.
  • Assist in the presentation of deals and merchandising programs.
  • Secures orders for products.
  • Works with other Account Executives on MDF funds and other spending.
  • Communicates well with all levels of personnel at company, client, and customer locations.
  • Works with administrators to monitor deductions and resolve any other client/customer problem areas.
  • Works with CROSSMARK representatives in the field as directed by management.
  • Required to travel approximately two days per month. NOTE: This job description does not imply that the above functions are the only tasks that may be performed.   • Experience and Qualifications

    Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of six months industry experience. Computer Skills: PC knowledge and skills in Word, Excel, and E-mail. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: A valid driver's license is required for this position. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Work environment: Office Environment
