Overview

Our client, continues to experience growth and is now looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their retail team and become a key member for this leader in Apple products, systems and services.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for: ? Promoting sales to walk-in and existing clients ? Identifying and soliciting potential clients face-to-face and telephone (ongoing) ? Providing customer troubleshooting - in-store and/or telephone ? Assessing client's needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods or services ? Utilizing sales/marketing software packages ? Providing input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clienteles' needs

Experience and Qualifications

? OSSD Completion; College/University completion an asset ? 1 - 3 years' computer sales experience ? English; Bilingualism (Sign Language) an asset ? Apple Product Certification, if not attained, will provide training ? Maintaining all new product Apple sales Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: ? Retail environment ?
