Haskayne Students Hold on for Hope

In honour of Cancer Awareness Month, students at the Haskayne School of Business will be participating in a Survivor-style event to raise money for the Canadian Cancer Society on Wednesday, October 19.

Business students will balance on pedestals for the chance to win a big screen TV or a trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Each student must raise a minimum of $200 to participate. The last student standing wins.

"Hold on for Hope" is the first of four charitable events held by Haskayne business students throughout the year as part of the new "house system", created to enhance the student experience and increase community involvement. This competition is sponsored by CMA/CA.

Media are invited to attend all or part of the event.
