Physicists in the National Capital Host Distinguished Washington University Professor-Dr. Clifford Will to speak on "Was Einstein right?"

Dr. Clifford Will, the James S. McDonnell Professor of Physics at Washington University, will be speaking about "Was Einstein Right?" on Saturday, October 22, at 7:00 p.m., when he delivers a special lecture in celebration of 2005 as the World Year of Physics.

The lecture is scheduled to take place in the Marion Hall Auditorium, University of Ottawa and will begin with music provided by The Borealis String Quartet. Admission is free but registration is recommended. Please register via www.cap.ca/wyp.tour-list.asp.

Sponsors include the Perimeter Institute, the Canadian Association of Physics, Carleton University, the University of Ottawa, and the Canadian Museum of Science and Technology.
