What doors can we open for you?

The Saint Mary’s University Alumni Association invites you to attend the inaugural "Opening Doors" sessions.

This is an opportunity for people to tap into the expertise of fellow alumni, as they will offer insight and advice to some of life’s most challenging questions.

The Financial Fundamentals Session will be held on Wednesday, October 26 at 5:30 PM in the Private Dining Room, Loyola Building, Saint Mary’s. The topics that will be explored during this session include personal loans, dealing with student loans, budgeting, home buying/mortgages, credit reports, saving for tomorrow, choosing a financial advisory, and asset allocation.

The Advanced Financial Planning Session will be held on Wednesday, November 16 at 5:30 PM in the Private Dining Room, Loyola Building, Saint Mary’s. During this session, estate planning, long-term care, foreign investment and assembling planning teams are areas that will be discussed at length.

Please, share this information with your former classmates.

Each session is limited to a maximum of 30 people, so please pre-register by October 19. RSVP at alumni@smu.ca or by calling (902) 420-5420.

The cost for each session is only $1.00, and funds collected at the door will be donated to the Saint Mary’s University Annual Fund.
