  • You help newcomers overcome barriers in Canada such as finding housing, navigating the school system and using the health care system.
  • You provide professional women with valuable resources like mentorship, and professional guidance.
  • You support youth as they develop a support network, and make new friends.
  • You support single mothers, help them feed and clothe their children.
  • You give child-care opportunities to families that need them.
  • You help provide new mothers with resources like car seats so they can leave the hospital with their babies.
  • And future initiatives designed to meet the unique needs of newcomers in Calgary.
