What services does your organization provide?
The Junior League of Toronto believes that Healthy Living is an achievable goal through education, advocacy and the personal leadership of its members. To this end our organization is committed to promoting Healthy Living in the GTA in all facets, whether physical, nutritional, mental or emotional.


Do you have any age requirements?
Minimum age is 18.
Members pay Annual dues of $174


Do you require language proficiency other than in English?
No.


What time commitment(s) are you expecting from a volunteer?
After completing an Orientation Program, Active members are placed in a role best suited to their skills and/or development needs - time commitments vary depending on the role and availability of the Member.


Are there any other requirements for being a volunteer?
Commitment to fulfilling the requirements of Membership of the Junior League of Toronto.


Are there any specific skills and experience required?
No.


What type of volunteer positions are typically available?
Working in the Community to promote Healthy Living through the Junior Leagues Kids In The Kitchen Program.


Is there any training provided for volunteers?
Yes, the Junior League of Toronto's Training Committee's mandate is to fully develop the potential of each member by delivering structured and experiential training making the JLT the women's volunteer organization of choice in the GTA and surrounding area.


Do you accept high school students?
No we are unable to offer this.
